Health checks
Production operators can monitor the health endpoint on their configured Hatched API origin and should alert on event ingestion failures, widget token minting errors, and webhook delivery errors.
Incident updates
When there is a customer-impacting incident, updates should include the affected surface, start time, mitigation, resolution, and follow-up action.
