Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for administrator access, event content sent to Hatched, end-user notices required by their own product, and compliance with their own industry obligations.
Acceptable use
Hatched may not be used to process unlawful content, abuse platform infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent generated rewards, badges, or user status.
Commercial terms
Self-serve paid plans are billed through the configured payment provider. Enterprise terms, custom limits, support commitments, and signed agreements are handled through enterprise review.
