When to request a DPA
Request a DPA before sending production data if your organization requires a signed data-processing agreement, subprocessor review, security questionnaire, or custom procurement terms.
What to include
Include your company name, billing contact, expected data categories, region or transfer requirements, and any security questionnaire or procurement deadline.
