What Hatched processes
Hatched may process account details, workspace settings, API key metadata, registered event types, event payloads sent by customers, widget state, analytics aggregates, billing metadata, and support messages.
How it is used
Data is used to authenticate administrators, evaluate configured rules, render widgets, prevent abuse, provide analytics, process billing, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.

For privacy, export, deletion, or data-processing questions, contact the legal address. Enterprise customers can route review through the DPA process.
